If your maintenance need is an Emergency, call (760) 480-2800.
All maintenance requests will be assigned to maintenance personnel the next business day, and you will be notified by our office.
All maintenance requests are prioritized with other requests but should be completed within seven days of receipt. If not, please call our office.
If the cause of this problem is the responsibility of the homeowner, the homeowner will be billed for the expense involved.
If an appointment is set and the person giving access does not keep the appointment, there will be a $50 charge to the homeowner.
